The Honey Do's Cook Book

It is funny how life works. I finished this AWESOME cook book last September and had it printed/self published in October.
I thought for sure the 100 copies would last me for a really really long time. I sold out last month and barely was able to snag a copy for myself.
I get to do a 2nd printing already! Yippee!
I actually had a local Bee-keeper who bought a large number of them ask me if I would consider doing a signing of the book at her Honey stand at the local Renisance Festival! Wow!

Rings and Bracelet

I had never made a ring before. These were my first two attempts. Not too bad for a first timer!

The bracelet was made by one of my friends coming over to play one day (the kids play in the other room - we play with jewelry!) I think her design turned out wonderful!

I think it is a lot of fun to have friends come over and while they are here they can make themselves a lovely piece of jewelry to wear home. I love to see their ideas and combinations of materials.

For a Lady - Birthday Cake

I wanted to Learn how to make cakes with rolled fondant. This and the next 3 cakes were my first attempt. I did them all in one evening for a 'combined' birthday celebration the next afternoon. We were on vacation in Florida. So I brought all the stuff with me on the Airplane and decorated these all in a hotel 'kitchen'.
This was for my mother-in-law's Birthday.
